3. User-Generated Content (UGC) Requirements

Zero Tolerance Policy for Objectionable Content.

No content involving:

  • Hate speech
  • Bullying, threats, or harassment
  • Nudity, sexual content
  • Violence or self-harm content
  • Illegal activities
  • Extremism or discrimination
  • Scam or fraud
  • Misleading content
  • Impersonation
  • Copyright infringement
  • Private/personal sensitive data
  • Dangerous or harmful content

User Responsibilities:

  • Behave respectfully
  • Upload only safe and legal content
  • Not impersonate others
  • Not misuse reporting tools
  • Not upload harmful or malicious files

Developer Rights:

  • Remove violating content
  • Suspend or ban users
  • Report illegal activity to authorities

Moderation & Reporting:

  • Reporting tool provided in-app
  • Moderation via manual and automated systems
  • Developer will review reports within 24 hours
  • Immediate removal of harmful content

4. Blocking Features

  • Users can block others
  • Blocked users cannot contact or interact
  • Ability to unblock anytime

5. Termination and Suspension

Developer may terminate users for:

  • Violating EULA
  • Posting prohibited or harmful content
  • Abusive behavior
  • Attempting to manipulate challenges or votes
  • Any illegal activity

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Developer Rights:

  • App design, UI, code, branding belong to Arena Network
  • Protected by copyright and trademark laws

User Content Rights:

  • User owns their content (videos, photos, comments)
  • User grants the app a license to use the content inside the platform
  • License ends when the content is deleted (except legal retention requirements)

7. Privacy & Data Usage

  • App collects data as outlined in Privacy Policy
  • No selling of personal data
  • Compliance with Apple privacy requirements
  • Link to Privacy Policy must be included

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

  • App is provided “as is”
  • No guarantee of:
  • Error-free operation
  • Compatibility
  • Continuous availability
  • Accuracy
  • User uses app at their own risk

9. Limitation of Liability

Arena Network is not liable for:

  • User disputes
  • User content
  • Damages resulting from app use
  • Interactions between users

Maximum liability is capped.

10. Third-Party Services

  • App may use external APIs/services
  • Users must follow third-party terms
  • Developer is not responsible for third-party failures

11. Indemnification Clause

Users agree to indemnify the developer for:

  • Legal claims arising from misuse
  • Copyright violations
